Remember tomorrow is the first day of Writers in Horror Recognition Month. I'll be posting profiles for writers in horror. I didn't get to do this event last year because I was stuck in the true horror of the care facility. I was heart broken that I wasn't able to because horror writers and horror screenwriters don't get appreciation by their peers and horror awards cheat them (all the horror awards except The Bram Stoker Awards jam fiction writing, biography writing, screenwriting, graphic novels, and comics into one category and only give out one award). This is horribly wrong and with other genre being more biased and pushing social justice bullshit, it is up to horror to show them that we love and honor our writers...all our writers.
I'm not asking much, just throw some appreciation to your favorite authors or screenwriters. I know they will appreciate this.
Also, if you got a author or screenwriters you want included on our Facebook page and in our post just provide a short profile with a list of books or movies your chosen writer has published of put out.
So, be ready on Friday...

Ok, I just finished Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season Episode 4. Though I gather I'll be in the minority I liked the holodeck episode. It was a cute parody of the original series also Anson Mount did a fantastic parody of Gene Roddenberry. I knew Gene and it was amusing seeing this comical homage to him. I think the was the perfect episode to have after the intense zombie Klingon episode last week. A lot of people get annoyed by humorous episodes, but I enjoy them because I'm open minded and the original series had plenty of tongue in cheek episodes.
