Well, I got some wonderful new that will thrill Devlin Darck fans. I'm currently in talks with Joshua Wayne La Rue, aka The 80s Slasher Librarian, about doing a crossover sequel to his current novel, Friday the 13th Primal, which I'm Beta reading and helping to edit.
This story will be about how Joshua's lead nasty, billionaire Edwin Prizm captures Devlin and crew along with a demon to test his cage system he will eventually use to collect paranormal killers like Jason and Freddy Krueger.
I figure this will be a fun project for both myself and Joshua. It has been a long time coming for us to do a collaboration. I have helped in the past, but this will be a whole different animal. It will be a melding of our two unique styles. We'll see what we come up with.
We will be doing this once he is finished with Primal and I'm done with the very long awaited Devlin Darck story, A Death in the Family. So, it might be a while...

My sister, Jeanette, has been giving me that memory medicine that Bruce Willis is using. She say the light has come to my eyes and I'm speaking better and my memory is returning. I have to admit I'm feeling different. I've noticed my snarkiness and my opinion is back. I know all of you are thrilled that I'm back. Idiots beware!!! Harlan 's legacy continues...

Ok, people, you are lucky I can see enough to type this. I just got back after spending 4 hours at the cataract clinic at Stanford. They informed me after putting me through torture that they are actually are going to have to do both eyes. I'm going to have to go in for a 5 hour session to do the procedure on my left eye, which is the worst one and then the next day I got to go back so they can check my eye and see how the procedure worked out. I'll be able to type on my phone and computer somewhat. Also watch TV somewhat. It will lack detail and the letters will be barely legible , like now. The next procedure will happen two weeks later. The result will possibly be the restoration of full distance vision. I'll still have to wear glasses to read, but my vision will be greatly improved. So this is good news. It's going to be hard on me, but that seems to be the flavor of the year.
