I wish to express my great sadness at the loss of actress and author Laura Parker. Laura and the rest of the cast of Dark Shadows were very important to me as a young child. I would run home from school to watch the show.
In 2013 I had the incredible experience of hanging out with Laura and the cast at Epic Con. I actually introduced her to Victor Miller, who was acquainted with a number of people she knew from her days in soap operas.
Also, I had the honor of being invited to share a meal with the cast on the last evening of the convention. Also, at the convention I bought two of her books and gifted her with an autographed copy of Psychotic State: The Novel. I will always remember and cherish that weekend.

Can you believe this shit. As most of you know I've been doing film reviews on my inherited Blogger site, Horror Bob's Blog, for the last couple of weeks. My psychologist suggested I do something I really enjoy as therapy and to help bring me up. So, I've been watching films, doing reviews, and posting them on my social media.
Well, this evening fucking AI on Facebook sent me a couple notices stating because the idiot computer program detected that I've been innocently posting links on my Facebook profiles and groups to my individual reviews that I was posting suspicious links even though I clearly put "Check out my new review" on each one and they showed the movie posters on them. Facebook is now accusing me of spamming and threatening to block me from posting for two weeks. This is outrageous. I've done nothing wrong except post my honest opinions on films, which I have done for nearly 30 years. Give me a break!!!
