Mr Gobble is out of the cooker and cooking bag. Yes, the skin is off on the legs and the wings are missing. They always stick to the cooking bag and fall apart when I remove the turkey from the bag. All in all the turkey looks good. It is juicy as hell. I'm not going to have to add any extra broth when I make the gravy...
